SureHands acts only as a connection platform between customers and artisans.
All agreements regarding pricing, scope of work, and timelines are made directly between the customer and the artisan. SureHands facilitates the connection but is not a party to the service agreement.
Customers pay artisans directly unless otherwise stated.
Artisans agree to pay a predefined service fee to SureHands after completing a job, as communicated and agreed before or at the time of job assignment. The fee amount is non-negotiable and is the rate stated by SureHands at assignment.
